This Opportunity Come be a part of a roadway design group that has a great mix of emerging professionals and senior design engineers/project managers. Be involved in projects with our Civil Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be an enthusiastic and motivated person to lead small to large sized projects and tasks, and serve as a key resource on all types of challenging transportation projects. Tasks include responsibility for the overall performance of assigned project(s) and include oversight for financials, client satisfaction, quality, safety, and schedule. The candidate shall ensure that responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle (proposal phase, project startup and planning, project execution, reporting, and project closeout) are adhered to, delivered, and audited with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable standards for safety, execution, profitability, and operational purpose.
