Please review the roster included below to ensure you can work the shifts before applying: Roster Pattern - ONSW - 65PFN - 504617.pdf What you’ll do: - Support person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals and working to achieve them; - Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration; - Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed; and - Administration duties and mandatory reporting What you’ll bring: (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
