Senior Maintenance Officer

Purpose and Impact: Amentum are seeking a Senior Maintenance Officer within their maintenance team who will overlook the trades and associated team members who are responsible for preventative/reactive maintenance, and minor project work on our customers housing portfolio. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will lead, support and mentor team members within the Maintenance teams with executing planned and scheduled work, defining and clarifying work scopes and administrative duties including submission of work orders, invoice approvals, whilst ensuring follow-up on work orders, safety and compliance across the team. Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 0730- 1600Hrs and Friday 0730-1330Hrs (38 hour week) Essential Responsibilities: Minimum Essential Demonstrated knowledge, experience and understanding of Facilities maintenance and operations, resource planning and personnel management Exceptional customer service and written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills: Recognized time management skills, including an ability to meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to lead by example, set standards for others to follow, and lead a team with exc...
