Responsibilities: - Provide programmatic and administrative support to keep the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Program in the Foundations Department running smoothly - Coordinate student intake, registration, placement testing logistics, and maintain waitlists - Check member eligibility and provide accurate information on ESOL program and policies --via phone, email, or to walk-ins - Maintain student records and update database (attendance, class lists, pre/post assessments, contact information), follow-up on student absences or missing information - Input program data and submit to the Department of Program Administration accurately and on time - Help distribute and collect forms, surveys, classroom materials, and books - Assist with program orientations and class visits; provide initial assessment of instructor performance - Provide quality customer service to members, as well as accurate and timely information about various programs, the department and the Funds - Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Healthcare or equivalent years of experience required - Minimum two (2) yea...
