About the opportunity N26 is looking for a Legal Counsel Data Privacy to further expand the Data Privacy Team in our ‘Beyond Banking Team.’ You will primarily advise on data protection legal issues, as well as artificial intelligence related legal topics. You will independently review and negotiate contracts and work closely with your manager to ensure compliance with legal regulations. In this role, you will advise various N26 teams from a data protection law perspective, including our product team, and have the opportunity to contribute to product design. Additionally, you will not only provide legal advice to various internal stakeholders but also review data protection contracts and regularly participate in contract negotiations with external parties. As part of our international expansion, you will independently collaborate with our Local Counsel network.
