POSITION SUMMARY: Boston Medical Center’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a OB Hospitalist/Laborist OBGYN provider to provide high-quality clinical coverage on the Labor & Delivery unit at our BMC-Brighton campus. Contribute to BMC’s mission of delivering exceptional, equitable, and compassionate care to women and birthing patients. Position: OBGYN: Department: Women's Health L&D: Schedule: Full-time; Part-time opportunities: Responsibilities: Provide in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, Triage, and Postpartum units. Manage obstetric emergencies, deliveries, and inpatient consults. Collaborate closely with midwives, physician assistants, nurses, and anesthesiology staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Document care in compliance with BMC and departmental standards. Participate in handoffs and maintain effective communication across the care team. inpatient GYN consults and surgical management, as well as ED gyn consults. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Current Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
