Overview: We are looking for a visionary Hardware R&D Lead to spearhead the development of our next-generation robotic platforms. In this role, you will lead the research and development of diverse robot form factors, ranging from single-arm systems to complex humanoid structures. You will be responsible for the entire hardware lifecycle, from deep mechanical design and component innovation to the successful integration of these systems into our active fleet. Your Responsibilities: Form Factor Innovation: Lead the design and development of various robotic morphologies, including single-arm, dual-arm, semi-humanoid, and full humanoid systems.
