Job description

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The Senior Business Development Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Business Development in the BD Relationship Management function. The purpose of the position is to enable the MCM BD team to manage a high volume annual deal pipeline with extreme accuracy, efficiency, and minimal post-purchase risk. To achieve this objective, this position is primarily responsible for day to day management of assigned seller relationships, designing and implementing deal diligence processes and procedures for both self and others on the team to use, and creating and maintaining business intelligence tools and analytical processes in PowerBI and SalesForce. The Senior Business Development Analyst is an experienced individual contributor and function leader who accomplishes their assigned tasks and goals with a high degree of autonomy and independence.
