Warehouse Specialist Location: Fort Riley, Kansas: Employment Class: Full Time Hourly: FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt- SCA: SCA Hourly Rate: $20.85 per hour plus $4.93 H&W Position Summary: Advancia Government Services (a federal government contractor) is seeking a part-time Warehouse Specialist who will perform a variety of warehousing duties that necessitate a clear understanding of the establishment's requirements and is someone who manages the daily procedures and functions of the warehouse efficiently and effectively. The Warehouse Specialist also performs general warehouse duties which may include inventory equipment, issuing, moving, organizing, restocking inventory and processing returns. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, - Routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, - Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, - Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage - Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment....
