VCA Westlake Village Animal Hospital in Westlake Village, CA is seeking an extraordinary Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time. Pay Range (based on experience): $20.50 - $22.00/hour Position Overview: As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients - whether on the phone, at the front desk, or online. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and patients, from check-in to check-out, while supporting our veterinary team with scheduling, communication, and medical record maintenance.
