Your next opportunity Based at our Kooragang Site and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager Northern NSW is responsible for managing and expanding Boral Cement’s market share of bulk cement and packaged products sales across the Northern and Far North Region of NSW. This role is pivotal in managing prospective and existing accounts by developing solid relationships to ensure that we understand and address the needs of our customers and market. Interfacing with a diverse customer base from the Hunter Valley to Northern NSW, this role offers variety and the opportunity to really take ownership of the allocated customer portfolio, building positive and long-lasting relationships. Your day will involve: - Manage and nurture account relationships to a high standard to ensure retention as well as to identify business risks and opportunities to increase sales, volume & margin - Prospect, build and maintain strong customer relationships, achieving, or exceeding sales objectives, and assisting as a technical consultant to customers - Facilitate customer concern resolution with relevant departments such as operations, QC, credit control & transport to ensure a positive customer...
