Water Quality Tech (mechanical and electrical experience preferred)

Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for daily water quality operations to include: water quality parameter testing/verification, lift station/storm water station troubleshooting and sampling, chemical management, mechanical/electrical preventative and corrective maintenance. Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to include: filtration and UV sterilization systems, centrifugal pumps/motors, pool/venue rehab and repairs, plumbing repairs and storm water infrastructure. Respond to and assists in recovery of attractions and water features while the attraction is operational. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience applicable to the area of concentration for the role being hired (e.g., combination of maintenance of mechanical, electrical systems, plumbing, regulated waste, emergency response, theme park water ride systems, storm water management) is strongly preferred. - Inspection and Operations - evaluates water conditions, chemical and/or waste for compliance by conducting sampling, performing inspection of equipment, tanks, and processes, evaluates data related to water and/or waste parameters.
