In this role, you’ll support daily food prep operations, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and prepare food during taproom hours. Schedule: Fridays after 3:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays With additional hours possible. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients and assist with basic cooking tasks according to standardized recipes and prep lists - Portion and label prepped food items for service - Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards - Perform line cook duties during service, including food preparation,restocking and light dishwashing - Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing food deliveries - Follow direction from the taproom manager and respond to changing priorities during service Qualifications: - Prior kitc...
