Job Description Summary The Software and Controls Solutions (SCS) Value Stream Quality & Lean Manager will help develop and implement the transformation plan for EHS, Quality, and Lean as part of the Business Operations team. This manager develops and executes strategies to address risks and challenges for the business line and collaborates with the leadership team to implement and operationalize. This leader partners with the Gas Power Business Operations Center of Excellence and business line teams to plan, implement and maintain standards across EHS, Quality and Lean. This role will have broad responsibilities to implement Quality best practices throughout our products to assure defect reductions, reliability improvements and customer experience are corrected, contained and prevented.
