Your way into the future Join us as Head of Production & Test (m/f/d) and work with us on changing the future! What awaits you at Mynaric: Core Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring on-time delivery, high product quality, and efficient manufacturing performance. - Own and drive key KPIs including production rates, work order aging, OEE, and quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement. - Manage cost optimization initiatives and oversee CapEx and OpEx planning aligned with business objectives. - Drive capacity planning, process optimization, and strategic expansion to support growth and scalability. - Build and lead high-performing teams, ensuring strong safety culture, workforce development, and operational excellence. - Collaborate cross-functionally and report production performance, KPIs, and strategic progress to senior leadership.
