Overview Clinical Supervisor- Outpatient Behavioral Health: $36.06/hr $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Payment for this role is based on an hourly rate, not tied to a fee-for-service schedule! Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for leadership and a commitment to supporting youth and families? Our Outpatient Behavioral Health team is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor our Worcester team in delivering critical mental health services to youth and families across diverse communities. Responsibilities: - Provide clinical supervision and guidance to outpatient clinicians. - Review documentation, oversee treatment planning, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. - Lead case reviews and clinical meetings to foster a culture of quality and collaboration. - Support onboarding, staff development, and performance feedback. - Maintain communication with leadership regarding caseloads, staffing needs, and program delivery.
