What You Bring We’re looking for a well-rounded IT professional who combines technical depth with strong communication and ownership: - 5+ years of experience in IT systems or services administration (or equivalent combination of education and certifications) - Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site environments - Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, networks, and collaboration tools - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (including Teams) - Understanding of user access management, device lifecycle management, and security best practices - Ability to work effectively with vendors and managed service providers - Strong organizational skills and a process-improvement mindset - Willingness to support occasional after-hours work and limited travel (~10% domestic/international) Qualifications: Why This Role Matters: The IT Operations Administrator plays a critical, hands-on role in ensuring the reliable day-to-day execution of IT services at our Winn, Michigan location, while also partnering with IT teams and initiatives spanning 65 locations across 8 countries.
