Purpose of the Role: Partnering with our team of sales professionals, you’ll diagnose key business growth drivers, provide change management support for strategic initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies driving overall P&L results in the US Sales Organization. Gross revenue is NA Sales is approximately $6 billion annually. The Sales Initiatives Manager will have responsibility for overseeing key focus areas of training and deployment in their market. Learning and development will be supported by executing new initiative launches and conducting targeted coaching sessions. Deployment responsibilities will be focused on providing analysis and insights that drive labor deployment productivity in the most cost-effective manner.
