This role includes both maintenance and janitorial responsibilities, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents and guests. On-Call Requirement: This position requires 24/7 on-call availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed. Monthly mobile phone allowance is provided. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior and exterior common areas Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and general maintenance tasks Support janitorial duties as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment Manage maintenance supplies, inven...
