HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Fairfield plant as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician. Summary We are excited to offer a $1500 incentive bonus to new employees joining our maintenance team in Fairfield! The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician plays an integral part in the safe and successful production of refractory brick products at HarbisonWalker Internationals Fairfield plant. This role is responsible for insuring production equipment and machinery is functioning properly and performing routine preventative maintenance of equipment and machinery. The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will train Production Technicians to perform routine adjustments and calibrations to machinery and will follow up with a Production Technician on any diagnostics needed to perform a needed repair. In addition, the Manufacturing Maintenance Technician maintains clean & safe work environment as well as maintains professional working relationships with co-workers.
