Job DetailsJob Location: Zoo Atlanta Cherokee Lot/Grant Park - Atlanta, GA 30312Position Summary The AAA Parking - Parking Ambassador ensures a positive parking experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors by providing excellent customer service, enforcing parking regulations, and assisting with parking operations. This highly visible role requires professionalism, sound judgment, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with directions, payment systems (e.g., Park Mobile), and general parking information. Patrol lots and garages to monitor compliance, issue citations, and facilitate towing when necessary. Direct traffic and customers to available parking during peak times; update signage when lots are full. Report facility issues such as damaged signs, potholes, or equipment malfunctions. Issue citations or warnings for violations in accordance with local ordinances and internal policies. Prepare daily reports and maintain violation/enforcement logs.
