Building Attendant I - Field House - ( 2601448 ) Description Minimum Qualifications: Completion of 8th grade; no experience required. Preferred Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Two years of relevant experience. Job Summary: To provide routine manual services to assure clean, orderly, and sanitary conditions in and around buildings. Job Duties: - Cleans and services the entire Field House, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas as needed. - Dust mops, wet mops, polish, vacuums, and shampoos carpets, rugs, and furniture. - Cleans and disinfects walls, ceilings, and furniture. - Cleans all horizontal and vertical surfaces as needed. - Maintains pool area, sweeps pool, hoses down pool deck. - Checks CO2 gauges, checks chlorine level in tanks, able to read gauges on the pump and understand what those numbers mean. - Maintains maintenance sheds on the Fields to make sure they stay neat and orderly. - Maintains housekeeping equipment and utility closets in an orderly and clean manner. - Makes sure equipment is working, and all equipment not working is reported to the Front Desk. - Adheres to internal controls established for the department. - Cover the...
