Ready to be a Titan? The Revenue Operations Manager role is an integral part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team contributing, to the development of special initiatives across ServiceTitan’s business segments. S/he will work daily alongside senior stakeholders, driving highly visible and critical strategic initiatives across the customer lifecycle. The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytic rigor, project management, and a mix of strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of key strategic initiatives and their outcomes. What you'll do: Ideate and lead deep dives / analysis (in collaboration with cross functional partners) into highest priority strategic topics (e.g. top accounts outreach, pricing model, onboarding simplification) Own high impact initiatives and drive from opportunity identification/strategic incubation to ongoing execution and iteration Drive day-to-day operations, program management and strategic pivots for your initiatives Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance as a steward of the programs you own and their full-lifecycle outcomes S...
