Job DetailsJob Location: Colusa, CA 95932Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $63,012.69 - $63,012.69 Salary/yearJob Category: FinancePOSITION SUMMARY: Assists the Accounting Manager with review and coordination in the preparation of all financial and operating reports of all departments; posts financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records; ensures Colusa Casino Resort compliance with all government financial payment and reporting requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists Accounting Manager in month end procedures Prepares monthly General Ledger account reconciliations. Prepares monthly bank account reconciliations: May assist with bi-weekly Payroll processing May assist with Accounts Payable processing Prepares and inputs journal entries. Prepares and files all required tax payments and information returns including but not limited to those required by the Colusa Community Indian Council, the Internal Revenue Service and the State of California Assists with and maintains Casino-wide records for fixed assets and the fixed asset subsidiary ledger.
