CertaPro Painters Responsibilities: KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour - Wearing the proper professional Painter attire; white pants or white shorts and a CertaPro Painters shirt. - Keeping in regular communication with your Job Site Supervisor. This includes, but not limited to; know what jobs are next, what to do on days of inclement weather, etc. - Maintaining all equipment. - Dealing with or handling all reasonable requests from the customer. - Take care of all reasonable requests from your supervisor. - Attend all training sessions or company meetings as required. - Make sure you and the Team you are working with follow safe working practices. - Do good quality work and provide excellent service to all customers. - Handle additional responsibilities as discussed. - Prepares, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints furniture, surfaces, buildings, and fixtures utilizing all types of painting materials. - Tapes, flushes, repairs and applies texturing, acoustic layers on a variety of surfaces.
