Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruiting for Service roles within the insurance industry, with the opportunity to support producer-level hiring - Design and execute innovative, outside-the-box sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards. - Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, using pipeline data to understand sourcing-to-hire conversion rates and continuously optimize the recruiting machine - Use data and recruiting metrics to drive smarter hiring decisions and share insights with leadership - Partner with leaders to proactively scope roles, build hiring profiles, and ensure alignment before a search begins - Lead the rebuild of our employer brand — telling a compelling recruitment story that speaks to who we are, what we stand for, and why this is a place where careers are built - Champion our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) as a powerful differentiator in the marketplace — educating candidates on the true value of employee ownership - Build and execute a college recruiting program, including campus relationships, internship-to-hire pipelines, and early talent strategies - Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders th...
