This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends community outreach, relationship building, and client intake coordination. Key Responsibilities: In-Field Marketing & Community Outreach - Promote our services by visiting senior centers, hospitals, rehab facilities, and other referral sources - Attend health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to generate leads - Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local organizations - Represent ComForCare professionally at all outreach events - Track and report marketing activities and lead generation results Client Intake & Onboarding: - Conduct client intakes, including needs assessments and documentation collection - Serve as the first point of contact for clients and families, delivering a welcoming experience - Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients - Maintain accurate record...
