Job Posting Title Website and Digital Performance Manager Salary Band: £49, 734 - £72, 312 Grade: MP1: Job Description: About the Role: As our Website and Digital Performance Manager, you’ll be accountable for shaping and delivering the digital roadmap, web strategy and performance across Newcastle Building Society, Manchester Building Society and Newcastle Financial Advisers. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering our digital strategy where you’ll own the end-to-end digital customer journey – from acquisition through to engagement and conversion – ensuring our websites deliver measurable commercial results and an outstanding member experience. You’ll lead digital journey design, website optimisation and funnel conversion across member and broker journeys, using data and insight to continuously improve performance. Working closely with marketing, product, IT and external partners, you’ll oversee customer journey improvements, web development, SEO and the adoption of new technologies, including AI.
