Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance & Compliance Officer to support a large, well-established HOA community in the Crandall, TX area. This vibrant community offers residents a variety of amenities, making it a wonderful place to live. The Maintenance & Compliance Officer will be employed by Principal Management Group and based onsite at the HOA community. This role involves conducting routine maintenance tasks and repairs across HOA-owned facilities and community infrastructures, as well as performing weekly compliance inspections of residential properties. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on maintenance skills with strong organizational and reporting abilities to help maintain a safe, attractive, and compliant community environment. This position will report to the onsite General Manager. What do we offer?: $24.00 per hour; direct experience highly considered.
