As a Senior Staff NPI Sourcing Manager , you are the bridge between R&D and the mass production supply chain. You will play a critical role in bringing next-generation Humanoid robots to life by managing the sourcing lifecycle for complex Electronics, semiconductor components and mechanical assemblies. How you will make an impact: Strategic Supplier Identification: Partner with Engineering during the early phase in the development to identify and vet suppliers capable of meeting cutting-edge technical requirements for semiconductors (ICs, SoCs), sensors, and PCBA components. Cost Management (Should-Cost Modeling): Drive early stage cost-out initiatives.
