Position Summary The Project Accounting Specialist plays an essential role in daily and monthly accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information. We are seeking someone who excels in core accounting functions while also enjoying collaborating with operations and supporting projects. In this position, you will support ongoing construction and maintenance projects by preparing purchase orders, reviewing project costs, processing invoices, and entering timesheet data. The Project Accounting Specialist partners closely with both accounting and operations teams to deliver reliable financial support and contribute to overall operational success.
