Job Title Yard Associate / Non DZ Driver Job Summary: The Yard Associate / Non DZ Driver is responsible for supporting daily yard operations and safely delivering materials to customers using a non DZ licensed vehicle. This role plays a key part in maintaining an organized yard, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while following all safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Yard Operations: - Load and unload building materials using forklifts or other yard equipment - Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment - Assist customers and contractors in the yard in a courteous and professional manner - Perform regular equipment and yard safety checks - Support inventory accuracy by reporting damages, shortages, or discrepancies - Work closely with yard supervisors and sales staff to prioritize orders Driving & Delivery: - Safely operate a non DZ licensed company vehicle to deliver materials to customer sites - Verify loads, delivery paperwork, and customer instructions prior to departure - Ensure materials are secured properly for transport - Communicate with customers...
