The DTechLogic Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ARC Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Missile Defense Agency Advanced Research Center (MDA ARC). This multifaceted role provides essential support to the ARC's operations, encompassing User Services, Secure Media Services, Data Center Monitor, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong aptitude for learning technical processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operational workflows. About the ARC: The Advanced Research Center (ARC) is a Missile Defense Agency (MDA) facility located in Cummings Research Park in Huntsville, AL. The ARC is a Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) facility designed and operated to support Missile Defense System (MDS), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL), Ground Test (GT), and Flight Test (FT) activities. About DTechLogic: DTechLogic is the prime contractor supporting the ARC, which is a joint venture between Davidson Technologies and nLogic that was started in 2018.
