Position Title: Director of Vendor Relations and Events Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt: Reports To: VP, Franchising: Department: Franchising: Position Summary: The Director, Vendor Relations and Events, leads the strategy and execution of Byrider’s national vendor ecosystem and key franchise events. This role is responsible for developing high-impact vendor partnerships that deliver measurable economic value to franchisees, while ensuring the successful planning and execution of corporate and franchise events that strengthen engagement and support business objectives. This position partners closely with senior leadership, Franchise Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align vendor strategy and event execution with Byrider’s growth priorities. The Director will establish performance standards, drive accountability across vendor relationships, and ensure events deliver a high-quality, consistent experience that reinforces the Byrider brand.
