Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a hands-on Health & Safety Technician to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to convert to a full-time role. This is a field-forward position ideal for someone who thrives on day-to-day operational safety work rather than primarily desk-based tasks. You will be the boots-on-the-ground resource ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, and properly organized from a safety standpoint. Core Responsibilities: Facility Labeling & Signage: - Install, maintain, and audit required safety signage throughout the facility (hazard warnings, emergency exits, restricted areas, PPE requirements). - Ensure all chemical containers, storage areas, and equipment are properly labeled per OSHA and GHS/HazCom standards. - Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify missing, damaged, or non-compliant labels and signage and take corrective action promptly.
