Job Purpose: You'll work alongside expert consultants and technology leaders to identify, validate, and prototype AI solutions that enhance how our clients and consultants work, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate our Consulting business growth. You'll bridge emerging AI technologies - including Generative AI, Large Language Models with real-world applications in travel. In this dynamic role, you'll equip the Amex GBT Consulting team with cutting-edge AI tools, standardized prompts, and strategic assets that enable exceptional, consistent client outcomes.
