Duties: Responsibilities include: - Prepping the office for the day. - Greeting and assisting guests. - Helping to answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. - Learning how to thoroughly provide customers with different customer service products. - Miscellaneous administrative or clerical duties.
