Until the property is operational, you will work at PROPERTY NAME, a # unit apartment community in CITY, STATE. Position Summary: The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property. Duties include daily trash removal from all exterior areas, cleaning around dumpsters, landscaping tasks (raking, mulching, weeding, watering), and snow/ice removal per policy.
