This role will support a multi-state territory that includes northeast Arkansas, southern Missouri, and northwestern Tennessee, providing service and support across a regional customer base. This position is crucial for maintaining and repairing bale tying and packaging equipment at customer locations across the assigned territory. The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, adhering to instructions effectively.
