The opportunity We’re seeking an experienced and values-driven Practice Lead – Aged Care to provide expert clinical leadership across our community-based and residential aged care services. In this influential role, you’ll champion safe, high-quality, person-centred care by leading the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks, supporting workforce capability, and driving continuous improvement across practice, quality, and risk management. This is an opportunity to lead with expertise, influence care outcomes at scale, and play a critical role in strengthening aged care services across regional Queensland.
