Description Job Summary: The essential duties are to perform routine and preventive maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform minor repairs of buildings & equipment as applicable and needed. - Make recommendations for major repairs of building & equipment as applicable and needed. - Cleans and inspects light coverings and remove bugs or debris. Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. - Ensures all soap and sanitizer dispensers are full and in working condition. - Monitors and test emergency lights monthly and annually, schedule service, maintain logs. - Monitors fire extinguishers monthly, schedule annual service and maintain logs. - Monitor exit lights, schedule repairs as applicable, maintain logs. - Ensure infection control requirements (janitorial care) are met. - Move furniture and equipment, setup and breakdown cubicles as needed for cleaning. Identify projects that require higher skilled crafts’ services. - Ensure cleanliness of designated areas within facilities by performing basic custodial duties (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.) - Ensure annual functions (floor buffing...
