Job Description: Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrons Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and integrating VHDL modules and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) designs for cutting-edge projects. This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is capable of following designs through the entire lifecycle—from concept to manufacturing, assembly, and testing. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, project managers, and engineers from various branches, to deliver high-quality solutions for flight missions. The salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000, commensurate with education and experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, simulate, and test VHDL modules and FPGA designs for advanced sensors and spaceflight systems. Create Design documentation and deliverables for FPGA designs.
