Job description

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required Qualifications: - PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy Or - Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy - Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License - Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable - Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable Preferred Qualifications: - Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience. - Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
