GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Zone Director at Chips Auto Glass is a crucial member of the senior management team, collaborating closely with the Division Vice President and field management at all levels in the assigned territory, to drive the successful execution of operations ultimately leading to the achievement of our business objectives and long-term success. This role involves overseeing and managing multiple store locations within a specific territory/zone, with a primary focus on optimizing operational efficiency, achieving sales targets, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to guiding principles, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in operations. Key responsibilities also encompass managing staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and development of the team, as well as fostering employee engagement and retention to build a motivated and skilled workforce, conducting performance evaluations for store managers and other assigned team members, enforcing compliance with safety regulations.
