Will work as a Slot Shift Supervisor in their absence. Essential Functions — An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Ensures that workflow processes are followed and that tasks are completed on time. Creating and managing shift schedules for department employees. Training new employees on departmental processes, procedures, and safety protocols. Monitoring the quality of work and output produced by the department. Ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed. Facilitating communication between team members and other departments.
