About the role: We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist - Tendering to work in our team based in Hounslow, London area. The role is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in tendering activities for Commercial Vehicles. Working location: Fully Office-based, Hounslow: Main Tasks and responsibilities: Support the Business Development Manager in tendering activities; Collect tender information via various channels, review tender requirements, assessing risks, identifying key deliverables, and clarifying ambiguities. Participate in pre-bid meetings and post-tender negotiations; Compile high-quality responses for bid submission within required timescales, working closely with the Business Development Manager; Coordinate with internal departments, including, finance, technical, and legal, to collect required documentation and input for tenders;.
