Job description
About the role In this role, as a BID Manager you will support Bid Management activities for Contract Logistics across the Europe region, ensuring that opportunities are managed consistently, transparently and in line with defined processes. You will work closely with commercial teams, sales operations, finance and global CRM colleagues to ensure that each opportunity progresses smoothly from initial assessment through to contract signature. A core part of your work will involve maintaining high‑quality CRM data, coordinating bid governance steps, preparing reporting for regional reviews and supporting teams with training on processes and systems. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, strengthen data quality and improve how we present our capabilities to customers. This position is designed to help our commercial teams operate more effectively and efficiently, ultimately supporting DP World’s long‑term growth and can be based, working hybrid , from any of the Europe an countries where we have a legal entity.
