Job DetailsJob Location: Lebanon, OH 45036Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $13.12 - $13.62 HourlyPOSITION SUMMARY: The Otterbein Cardio Strength Instructor is responsible for serving members of the Otterbein Life Enrichment Center’s Cardio Strength Center with the goal of improving functional fitness and social connections. The instructor creates and supports a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that welcomes all skill and fitness levels. EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent. Role requires prior experience working with senior populations and sound knowledge of fitness for the senior age group. Must have basic computer skills and previous customer service and/or health & wellness experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provides knowledge and expertise in delivering appropriate fitness guidance and support for community members.
