Our Company All Ways Caring HomeCare Overview: As the Executive Director, you will be the strategic leader driving IDD care and operational excellence across the state of Georgia. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive care policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives specifically focused on supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities throughout Georgia. By leveraging superior service delivery, you will drive quality care performance and create value for IDD service recipients, their families, and stakeholders. Through strategic leadership support and targeted care tools, you will empower our teams to achieve and exceed established IDD care goals. Additionally, you will serve as a critical bridge, acting as a key liaison between IDD operations, Case Managers, and provider associations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration in IDD care.
