Job Highlights The Engineering Manager is a critical member of the site leadership team, responsible for leading the Engineering and Maintenance organization. This role owns the site capital budget and leads capital projects up to $3M, ensuring projects are designed and executed with a strong focus on safety, operability, reliability, and cost effectiveness. The Engineering Manager plays a key role in process optimization, new product alignment, and continuous improvement, while developing talent to meet both current and future business needs. Key Responsibilites: - Lead and develop the site Engineering and Maintenance organizations to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations - Own and manage the site capital budget, including planning, prioritization, execution and coordination with the business team. - Lead capital projects up to $3M, from concept through design, implementation, and startup - Provide project engineering and project management support across the site - Drive chemical process engineering and process optimization initiatives - Manage technical issues related to modifications, expansions, and maintenance, ensuring RAGAGEP standards are incorporated into all d...
